This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced disability Team Leader who enjoys supporting both participants and staff while leading from the front.
Working closely with our Client Services Officers and Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership within one of our Supported Independent Living homes, ensuring high-quality participant outcomes, staff support and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and mentoring to Support Professionals
- Supporting participants to achieve their goals and maximise independence
- Conducting staff handovers and ensuring continuity of supports
- Maintaining participant documentation and records
- Monitoring medication administration and documentation
- Completing incident reporting and follow-up actions
- Liaising with families, guardians and allied health professionals
- Assisting with participant appointments and community participation
- Supporting compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies
- Working collaboratively with the Operations Management Team
- Previous experience as a Team Leader within the disability sector
- Strong understanding of Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Australian Work Rights
- Cert III Individual Support or Equivalent
- NDIS Orientation Module

We are also seeking experienced Support Professionals to join our growing team.
We have both Permanent Part-Time and Casual opportunities available across our 24-hour, 7-day-a-week roster.
With a variety of shifts available—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, active nights, weekends and community participation—we can often offer flexibility to suit your availability.
As a Support Professional, you will support people living with disability to live safe, independent and meaningful lives.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and daily living supports
- Community participation
- Medication assistance
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments
- Supporting participant goals and independence
- Completing reporting obligations, documentation and progress notes
- Building positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
- Experience supporting people living with disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check - Blue Card or WTO
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Drivers Licence
- Reliable, registered motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
