About the Role
Lowes Petroleum is seeking an organised and customer-focused Depot Administrator to join our Bundaberg team.
This permanent part-time position offers 22.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, providing excellent work-life balance while still allowing you to play a key role in supporting our depot operations.
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, customer service and inventory-related tasks that help keep our depot running smoothly. As part of this role, you will also provide relief coverage for our Lubricant Delivery Driver during periods of leave, making this a varied position that combines office administration with occasional operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Provide day-to-day administrative support to depot operations
Assist with inventory control, stock management and stock movements
Complete daily retail reconciliations and reporting
Assist with end-of-month reconciliation processes
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support compliance, safety and operational procedures
Provide relief coverage for the Lubricant Delivery Driver when required
Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the depot
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support
A current MR (Medium Rigid) Driver Licence
A current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A customer-focused attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
The ability to work across both administrative and operational tasks when required
