CME is a major supplier of finished products to retail sector which are manufactured and assembled in-house, using the company’s established manufacturing capabilities.. This role is leading and managing CME's paint production, packaging and assembly operations, which is responsible to deliver both finished products which are painted and value added products, with some made within the CME production facilities and some bought in to supply CME’s retail customers.
In this role you will oversee the equipment, personnel and production resources supporting these operations and ensure that the packaging and assembly lines maintain the required production outputs while meeting quality, safety and customer delivery requirements.
The role has responsibility to schedule production, manage and forecast raw material requirements, organise and plan the labour to meet customer deliveries. In addition to managing the production lines you will manage the packaging and assembly lines where parts produced are packaged and shipped to customers. of the paint lines, To be successful in this role you will need a background which includes the following

- Demonstrated experience in production or manufacturing management in a high-volume industrial manufacturing environment.
- Working in a high volume industrial manufacturing environment,
- experience in direct people management , leading teams in performance-driven operations with strict quality andsafety requirements.
- understand and have experience ISO 22000 (v5.1) compliance, with
- strong capability in systemic analysis,
- Understand and manage the plant KPI monitoring (Production and
- Quality), and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong background in leadership, team engagement, and operational excellence,
- proven experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- be tertiary qualified with an engineering degree in production or chemicals.
Pay: From $71,210.72 per year
