As a Workday Lead within our PBS – Oracle team, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
You will play a key role in:
Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Security, Recruiting, Learning, Absence and Advanced Compensation.
Stay updated on Workday system updates, releases, and new features, providing guidance on their impact to existing processes.
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance Management, Security and Recruiting.
