Additional information:
- This role is Permanent Full-time (76hrs/fortnight)
- The internal job title for this role is Food Coordinator
- You will work on a rotating roster between 7:00am - 9:30pm on weekdays, and 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision (text) As a Kitchen Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to a safe, healthy, and enjoyable food experience by supporting compliance with global and national food safety and operational standards.
- Ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience by supporting the team to see through the customer’s eyes.
- Coordinate daily operations across kitchen and service areas to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery.
- Allocate tasks, coordinate breaks, and support co-workers to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Apply food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles in all daily activities, ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
- Monitor performance through waste tracking, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives to drive efficiency.
- Continuously review and improve daily operations to support operational and commercial excellence.

Let´s connect As a Kitchen Supervisor you are or have:
- Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and guide team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), hygiene practices, and local regulations.
- Holds (or willing to obtain) Food Safety Supervisor certification or equivalent.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail in stock management and waste reduction.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering a consistent and positive experience.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, especially during peak trading periods.
- Motivated, reliable, and aligned to IKEA values, with a passion for food, people, and teamwork.
