We're not your typical gym. We specialise in strength, mobility, gymnastics, handstands and longevity, helping everyday people become stronger, move better and enjoy exercise again.
We're looking for an experienced Membership Sales Consultant who loves helping people while confidently guiding them to make a decision.
This is a sales role first and foremost. You'll be responsible for converting warm enquiries into long-term members and becoming a key contributor to the growth of our business.
About the Role
Our marketing team generates a steady flow of warm Facebook and website enquiries each week.
Your job is to:
- Contact new enquiries quickly
- Build rapport and understand their goals
- Recommend the right solution for their needs
- Book Intro Sessions
- Sell our 28-Day Intro Offer
- Follow up consistently until the lead makes a decision
- Convert Intro Pack members into ongoing memberships
- Maintain accurate CRM notes
- Work closely with our coaching team to create an exceptional member experience
This is not cold calling. Every person you contact has already expressed interest in training with us.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales.
You're confident picking up the phone, asking great questions and guiding people towards making a decision that's right for them.
You know how to build trust without being pushy and understand that good sales is about helping people, not pressuring them.
Most importantly, you're motivated by results and enjoy working towards performance targets.
Essential Experience
To be successful in this role you'll have:
✔ Previous phone-based sales experience
✔ Experience converting warm inbound leads
✔ Confidence asking for the sale
✔ Strong objection handling skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple follow-up conversations
✔ Strong administration and CRM skills
✔ High attention to detail
Highly Regarded
Experience in:
- Gym membership sales
- Fitness industry sales
- Allied health sales
- Wellness or health services
- Script-based Facebook lead conversion
- Go High Level or similar CRM systems
Key Performance Indicators
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Consistent outbound call activity
- Timely follow-up of all enquiries
- CRM accuracy
- Contribution to monthly revenue targets
