About the role
The Administration Officer provides effective and efficient administrative support to the School Dental Service (SDS) within Metro North Oral Health Services. The role contributes to the delivery of quality patient services by supporting day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of services across multiple School Dental Service locations.
The successful candidate will work closely with clinicians and key stakeholders to provide high-quality administrative assistance, manage appointment scheduling, maintain clinical records and databases, and support a range of operational activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering client-focused services that support positive oral health outcomes.
About you

Provide high-quality administrative support services that contribute to the efficient operation of the School Dental Service program.
Manage appointment scheduling and administrative processes to ensure effective utilisation of clinical resources and delivery of patient-focused services.
Maintain accurate records, databases and data entry processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.
Build positive working relationships with clinicians, patients and stakeholders through professional communication and excellent customer service.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, administrative process enhancements and effective team-based service delivery.
