As the Senior Manager, Digital Engagement, you’ll be responsible for driving growth initiatives, digital strategy and development of the end to end customer journey that enables our customers to bank with us in a way that is simple, flexible, and convenient.
Working closely with the Head Of Sales and wider business stakeholders, this role will be responsible for bringing to life and building our customer journey campaigns across the digital experience and championing best in class digital performance and continuous improvement throughout the business.
This role requires strong stakeholder management and an ability to bring people together from all over the business to deliver on a shared vision.

The Senior Digital Engagement Manager role position sits within the Engagement & Personalisation, Centre of Excellence (COE) which is part of a wider Digital & Customer crew within Business Banking.
The Digital & Customer Crew – which sits within the Business Banking CommSec team – creates and drives the digital customer experience through all our owned platforms (Mobile and Web) and leading personalisation and content experiences.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Engagement and Personalisation COE, our sales team, media team, capability and tech teams to implement or enable the business with new personalisation experiences (analytics, personalised assets and engaging content).
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of experiences and growth campaigns to support channel-wide and/or product-specific initiatives.
- Collaborating with our partners in CommBank to have parallel but user-friendly experiences across CommSec, CommSec Pocket and the CommBank app .
- Creating digital behavioural segments for campaigns using the Adobe products.
- Experience in developing AI-driven digital experiences, personalisation,and insights
- Constantly running rapid experimentation and optimising the customer experience and performance.
- Defining and driving key strategic initiatives where digital capabilities can drive substantial business and customer outcomes, and cross-channel support is required.
Supporting the delivery of new features and products by using data to inform priorities, as well as ensuring ongoing reporting and optimisation.

We’d like to hear from you if you have:
- Like to get ‘on the tools’. You have hands-on experience with Adobe platforms – Adobe Jounney Optimiser (AJO), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager and are familiar with new technologies such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Crave to know our customers. You show non-stop curiosity about knowing and understanding our customers and can turn this knowledge and insight into identifying new business opportunities and ‘mic drop’ experiences for our customers.
