Warriewood Kids cafe kitchen staff + all rounder - Full time
We are looking for a long term kitchen staff + cafe and kid's playhouse all rounder for June start, training in May.

Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (kitchen assistant, helper) is required.
- Skills: Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, good time management, and attention to detail.
- Physical: Ability to stand for long periods, and handle various kitchen tasks.
- Highly responsible and reliable
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations: Washing, chopping, shredding, and portioning ingredients; preparing, cooking and plating simple cafe dishes as directed.
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, sanitising workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas; mopping floors and taking out trash.
- Inventory & Stocking: Storing ingredients correctly, monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries.
- Safety & Compliance: Following all food hygiene, safety, and health code regulations diligently.
- Opening and Closing cafe following procedures
*When there are no orders in the kitchen, kitchen staff is required to work front of house at the indoor playground and cafe area assisting with customer service and sales, ticketing, drinks preparation and general cleaning.
Needs to be available from Wednesday to Sunday for 5 days work (weekday dates may be negotiable, weekend Saturday and Sunday is mandatory as we have parties and requires to be flexible with hours).
