What we are looking for:
Join our team in a key administrative support role focused on coordinating training and program activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting participants throughout their journey. Working within a collaborative and customer-focused environment, you will contribute to program delivery, compliance requirements and job readiness initiatives while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- This is a job share arrangement, 3 days a week, 7.25 hours a day - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What your day will look like:
- Coordinating training and program activities, including scheduling, participant support, attendance tracking and preparation of materials.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation to support compliance, reporting and program outcomes.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes and other administrative documentation.
- Supporting financial administration processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, reconciliations and cost allocation.
- Assisting participants with job readiness activities, including resume and cover letter preparation, job search support and referrals to relevant services.

What you'll need for success:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, including coordination, record management, document preparation and database maintenance to support program delivery.
- Experience in scheduling activities, tracking outcomes and maintaining accurate records to meet operational and compliance requirements.
- Sound understanding of financial administration processes, including purchasing, reconciliation and cost management.
- Well-developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under general direction, applying established procedures, exercising initiative and contributing to service delivery outcomes and continuous improvement.
