Process Worker, rotating across day, afternoon and night shifts monthly.
In this role, you’ll support our Extrusion Press operations by operating extrusion process machinery, starting on the automated extrusion finish saw. Full training is provided, offering a strong pathway for career progression.

What You’ll Do
- Support Extrusion Press operations by operating automated machinery efficiently.
- Assist with machine operation processes and general workflow.
- Follow training and safety procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
- Contribute to a strong team culture with opportunities for skill development and career progression.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Some manual handling experience and confidence working with process line machinery with some physical, repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable being on your feet all day in a fast‑paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude or an understanding of basic mechanical processes is highly regarded.
- Machine operation or production line experience is also highly valued.
