About the Role:
As Head of Products & Transformation, reporting to the CTO, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the organisation, translating strategic business needs into meaningful change, innovative products and data-driven programs. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution, leading initiatives from business case through to delivery. You’ll drive transformation across the business, providing strong governance, change leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable and lasting outcomes. Based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assess complex business requirements and translate them into cohesive, high-impact programs aligned to strategic priorities.
- Use quantitative data and qualitative insights to assess business performance, identify opportunities and inform transformation priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end evolution of products, considering market, operational, commercial and lifecycle requirements, while working closely with stakeholders on product development and positioning.
- Lead the governance and reporting of transformation programs, providing clear visibility of progress, outcomes, risks and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively identify and manage risks across initiatives and projects throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- Prioritise the transformation portfolio and present clear, commercially focused recommendations to senior leadership to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to assess opportunities, build alignment and develop practical solutions.
- Lead the change management process, including facilitating change forums, coordinating activities and ensuring decisions and outcomes are clearly documented.
- Break down complex, large-scale initiatives into practical and achievable phases, balancing long-term strategic objectives with immediate, measurable outcomes.

Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in telecommunications, technology or infrastructure transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, transition or migration programs across networks, systems or business operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating strategy into practical delivery.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional programs and engaging with senior stakeholders across technical, commercial and operational teams.
- Proven vendor management experience, with the ability to manage strategic technology and infrastructure partners.
- Strong commercial, analytical and financial acumen, with experience developing and evaluating business cases and investment decisions.
- Experience in product management and development, including product lifecycle, commercialisation and market positioning.
- Strong program governance and risk management experience, with the ability to maintain accountability for delivery and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both executive and operational levels.
