As we expand our online and offline presence, we are looking for an experienced travel-industry professional who can support sales, airline relationships, and Metasearch development.
About the Role
We are seeking a Travel Business Development & Airline Partnerships Manager who can manage customer enquiries, attend office appointmentsand Meetings build airline and supplier relationships, and support business growth through partnerships with airlines, metasearch platforms, and travel suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the airline or travel industry and existing contacts with airlines, suppliers, OTAs, or metasearch platforms such as Skyscanner and KAYAK.
Responsibilities
Manage customer sales enquiries and assist with flight booking queries.
Attend customers at the office by appointment.
Build relationships with airlines, consolidators, and travel suppliers.
Support business development with airlines and travel partners.
Assist with partnerships involving Skyscanner, KAYAK, Google Flights, Wego, and similar platforms.
Work with internal teams to improve sales conversion and customer experience.
Identify new growth opportunities in the Australian travel market.
Represent the company professionally in supplier and customer meetings.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the airline, travel agency, OTA, consolidator, or tourism industry.
Strong knowledge of airline sales, fares, ticketing, and travel distribution.
Existing contacts with airlines, suppliers, or travel partners preferred.
Experience with OTA/metasearch platforms will be highly regarded.
Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and help grow a new travel brand.
Knowledge of the Australia–India and international travel market preferred.
Highly Preferred
Previous airline sales/account management experience.
Experience working with travel agents, OTAs, consolidators, or metasearch partners or Airlines
Existing links with airlines, Skyscanner, KAYAK, Google Flights, Wego, or similar travel platforms.

Pay: $72,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
