Due to growing occupancy Victoria By The Park are looking for a casual bank of Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis, working across a range of shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening.
About the Role
Working as part of team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals, you will make a positive impact on the life of our residents with your compassionate, supportive approach that empowers our residents' choices and independence.
As a Registered Nurse you will support our residents by providing choice and flexible quality services to meet their unique individual needs, enabling independence and inspiring them to achieve their goals for their individual care needs whilst ensuring a safe environment within the facility.

· Encourage and assist our residents to achieve their optimal levels of functioning and independence by following care plans. Creating and updating care plans to reflect the changing needs, preferences and goals of our residents.

· Building an ongoing rapport with our residents and their families.
· Confidence in managing your time effectively, including and ability to work autonomously.
· Exceptional customer service skills demonstrated through excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
· Provide leadership and direction to care staff.
· Ensure clinical quality standards are met.
A NDIS worker clearance and AHPRA registration are essential.
About You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate;
- Aged Care Experience
- Compassion and have genuine empathy with our residents.
- Able to work cooperatively within a team and with a wide range of people.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, with good organisation and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Use initiative and deal with unexpected situations.
- Positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Aware of Work Health and Safety and Infection Control Procedures·
- Have a sound understanding of the Aged Care Standards
