We're a high-volume Texan-themed restaurant looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our team.
The Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service with our signature Texan hospitality.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all food safety, RSA, and company procedures.
About You:
- Friendly, energetic, and passionate about customer service.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
