About the role
As our newest Account Executive, you’ll:
-
Conduct whitespace analysis of assigned accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell pportunities, using data insights to fuel growth.

Seek out and generate new business through known contacts, proactive outreach, and participation in industry events.

Engage in strategic account planning to deeply understand client needs, goals, and challenges, positioning Quartex solutions as the clear choice.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to increase engagement, expand product adoption, and drive account growth.

Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that show how our solutions address client-specific challenges and improve business outcomes.

Manage contract negotiations end-to-end, preparing quotes, service orders, and agreements with precision.
-
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, refining sales approaches and value propositions.
-
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful go-to-market strategies.
-
Use the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities, align with key decision-makers, and close complex deals with confidence.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who has self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
You’ll also bring:

Proven success in business development or sales within the software industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience with CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

A solid understanding of software products, technologies, and sales methodologies.
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to complex client needs.
-
Knowledge of the mining industry or the Quartex product suite (desirable but not essential).
-
A degree in Business, Commerce, or Software Engineering (preferred).
