The company is a small business that has been in operation for 2 years.
The factory has been in place for 17 years.
We focus on residential, mid to high end builders and some commercial work.
We don't do mass production so not looking for someone with speed but more focus on quality and safety.
Looking for an experienced cabinet maker/Installer with all round experience.
Should have a minimum of 7 years experience.
The ideal candidate should be able to do factory work as well as installations.
Be able to construct high end bespoke cabinets.
Ideally be customer focused and physically fit.
Be able to install cabinets on site. Good with scribing and finishings.
Should have an eye for detail on high end jobs
Should have a valid drivers licence.
Be able to oversee staff and jobs in the factory and on site when required.
Apprentices can knock up, assemble and do on site installation but need guidance with the technical aspects.
Should have good organisational and communications skills.
Good with time management and be responsible.
Have an understanding of plans and layout
Preferably know how to use the CNC and Edgebander
Hours to be discussed. Pref Mon-Thurs but open and flexible with hours and days.
Company tools provided for both factory and installations.
Pay: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour
Experience:
- Joinery: 4 years (Required)
- Cabinet making: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
