ASC is Australia’s submarine company. Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of end-to-end change management activities across multiple business initiatives
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans, change roadmaps, and communication materials
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments to inform tailored change approaches
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and training needs analysis
- Partner with leaders and teams to guide and embed change effectively
- Monitor change effectiveness, identify risks, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the change function
About you
- Experience supporting organisational change and engagement activities within complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Experience developing communication, training, or engagement materials
- Comfortable working collaboratively across functions and with senior stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Change Management, or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
