Nurture and Grow ELC is looking for Certificate III qualified Early Childhood educators who wish to join our casual pool.
Working casually for Nurture and Grow would involve fulfilling planned leave shifts whilst also being available for shifts that open up the night before or morning of.
As a casual educator, you will be required to support permanent educators in the following:
- day to day routines
- contribution to the running of the daily program
- maintaining high standards of care for children, with paramount focus on the best interests of the child and child safety at the core of all interactions
- work alongside team members to fulfil daily duties
- bring a positive energy to the service and a love for educating children
