We’re looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to lead our Big W and Pharmacy customers. In this role, you’ll own key customer relationships, deliver strong commercial outcomes, and shape the long-term growth strategy for your accounts.
You’ll play a critical role in strengthening strategic partnerships while delivering results today and building future success.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow key accounts

Deliver against core KPIs: sales, margin, volume, and market share

Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with customers

Build and execute impactful customer strategies aligned to shared goals
Drive commercial performance

Plan and execute promotions across in-store and digital channels
-
Optimise range, pricing, distribution, and merchandising
-
Identify growth opportunities using data and category insights
-
Manage customer P&L and trade spend to maximise ROI
Build strong customer relationships

Be the voice of the customer internally

Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

Lead negotiations and manage trading terms
Deliver operational excellence

Partner with supply chain teams to ensure high service levels (DIFOT)

Forecast demand and ensure resource alignment

Use data and insights to drive smarter decision-making
Collaborate across teams

Work closely with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Supply teams

Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver customer and business outcomes

2–3+ years in FMCG account management (grocery/major retail preferred)

Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

High energy, initiative, and a growth mindset

A sound knowledge of Circana (IRI Temple) or similar, QScan, QCheckout
-
Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
