Lead the school community in delivering the Department of Education's vision and priorities.
Drive improved student achievement and educational outcomes.
Strengthen the quality of teaching and learning.
Promote high standards for student and staff performance.
Foster a positive, inclusive and ethical school culture.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, community, industry and government partners.
Provide strategic and future-focused leadership.
Manage human, financial and physical resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and departmental requirements.
Champion professional learning and continuous improvement.
