Role description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
ERP Project Officer to support the delivery of a major ERP implementation program within a complex stakeholder environment. This role is critical in ensuring organisational readiness, driving transition activities, and supporting staff through each phase of the ERP rollout.
This role requires NV1 clearance or higher and is based in Brisbane.
What will I be doing day to day?
- Support delivery of the CASG ERP Implementation Roadmap
- Provide regular updates to the Executive Officer on ERP transition progress
- Maintain and update the ERP Communication Plan
- Ensure learner journeys align with assigned roles and manage updates during role mapping cycles
- Coordinate Transition Action Plan returns and ERP-related requests for information
- Represent the Project Office at ERP functional meetings and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Support staff through ERP training and mentoring ahead of implementation tranches
- Produce reports on Project Office staff preparedness
- Proactively prepare the organisation for upcoming ERP rollout phases
- Coordinate inclusion and role mapping of embedded personnel into the ERP system
- Maintain strong relationships with Defence ERP, the CASG Implementation Team, and other stakeholders
What skills do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management (highly desirable)
- Experience within a Defence industry project environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or system implementation projects
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities
- Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance
