Positions are available across a variety of centre types and age groups throughout Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning journeys
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Uphold the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Certificate III, Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of mandatory Child Protection Training
- Completion of NSW Child Safe (GECCKO) Training
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for early childhood education
