About the Role
At CFA, the work you do has real impact. We're seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology projects that support the volunteers and staff who help keep Victorian communities safe.
About you
Working with senior leaders, technical specialists and business stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to organisational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of ICT projects.
- Managing project scope, risks, budgets, schedules and dependencies.
- Providing high-quality governance, reporting and stakeholder advice.
- Building strong relationships with project sponsors, technical teams and external partners.
- Driving project outcomes, benefits realisation and continuous improvement.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and promoting best-practice project management.
You are a confident project leader with proven experience delivering complex end to end ICT projects. You bring strong stakeholder management skills, sound governance expertise and the ability to influence and engage people at all levels.

Key Selection Criteria includes the following:
- Significant knowledge, expertise and demonstrated experience managing successful end to end ICT & Software Delivery/Development Life Cycle (SDLC) type projects (using both Agile & Waterfall project management methodologies) in a complex
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or similar and Project Management Certification.
- Superior project management expertise and the ability to influence and build organisational and team capability in this
- Ability to prepare project financials; budget forecast and actual and present exceptional and professional project management reporting, documentation and briefing materials to senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to successfully manage and influence stakeholder relationships and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor and manage project financials.
- Understanding of risk management and ability to identify and manage a broad range of risks and business dependencies.
