Medical Receptionist – Full Time
PainAid is a growing specialist pain management clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients.
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing appointments and patient enquiries
- Answering phones and responding to emails
- Processing referrals and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting doctors, allied health professionals, and the wider team
About You:
- Previous medical reception experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Experience with Gentu is highly regarded
Location & Travel Requirements:
Your primary base will be our Liverpool clinic. Travel may be required to our Kogarah and Castle Hill locations to support clinic operations. This responsibility is shared amongst the team and typically involves attending another clinic approximately once per week.
