This role is classified as Level 1 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement (with a base salary range starting at $57,676, increasing to $61,827 after the 6-month probation period).
The Role
This is the ideal opportunity for an up-and-coming Coordinator looking to get started without delay! As someone excited to build their career and learn on the job, you’ll have the opportunity to up-skill in a friendly, supportive and results-driven workplace.
This role is a 12-month parental leave cover (starting in early September) within the Culture and Language Sales team, supporting both our Audio Sales and In Language Production Sales teams. Reporting to the Audio Group Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be highly organised with strong administration skills, providing sales support and campaign coordination across a diverse portfolio of clients and campaigns.
While the role is based in Sydney, it works virtually across primarily the NSW and Victorian markets, while also supporting our teams in Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
Your day includes:

Providing support to a busy and proactive sales team: this includes administrative duties, creating sales proposal, post campaign reports and collateral for Audio, In Language Production, TV and Digital campaigns.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders from our Audio Content, Cultural Connect, scheduling and interstate teams to pre-empt upcoming needs and ensuring the requirements are in place to set them up for success.â¯

Polite and confident communicator with well-developed written, numerical and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to uphold customer service delivery in a demanding deadline driven environment.

Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite toâ¯prepare general correspondence and also be keen to learn new software packages.

Experience using the IBMS booking system is desirable, but not essential
