About the Role (Casual FOH)
Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service
Guide guests through our menu and Yakiniku dining style
Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment
Support smooth service flow between FOH and kitchen teams
Assist with opening and closing duties
Handle POS and payments accurately
Uphold company standards for service, presentation, and hygiene
About You
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with attention to detail
Availability for evenings and weekends
Physically able to stay on your feet during service
