Due to our rapid expansion, we have a number of roles in our collections team. As a Collections Officer, you’ll be on the front line connecting with vulnerable customers, helping them get back on track with their overdue accounts. We have both Entry-Level and Snr Positions available.
On a Day-to-Day Basis, You Will:

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, arranging payment plans and assisting with the collection of outstanding accounts.

Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Work towards individual and team performance targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Negotiate payment solutions, resolve account enquiries, and overcome objections while delivering exceptional customer service.

Use your empathy, active listening skills, and professional phone manner to understand each customer's circumstances and achieve the best possible outcome.
To be successful, you will need:

Previous Customer Service Experience, preferably call centre or accounting background.

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.

Full National Police Clearance or the ability to undergo one.

Strong Problem solving and decision-making skills.
