How it works? Our hybrid healthcare model of service delivers strength training, manual therapy, nutrition and lifestyle design in a team delivered structure. Our service is delivered via F2F and Telehealth in specialised structured 4-week, 8-week and 18-week programs. We attract Physio clients for pain and movement support and move them towards our Physio-led health coaching programs when appropriate. We build Boundless Humans.

The role
- Carry a high-value MSK caseload and lead complex case management.
- Mentor our graduate physios through the Master & Apprentice model.
- Progress clients from physio into our coaching journey (Rebuild → Essential → Boundless Human).
- Help lead clinical quality, team meetings and Training Days.
- Build relationships with GPs, sporting clubs and the community groups.
What we’re looking for
- AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with 5+ years private practice (APA Titled highly regarded).
- A natural mentor who sets the clinical standard.
- Buy-in to physio-led health coaching and the Trainer → Coach → Mentor path.
