ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Melrose Park store.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is passionate about beauty, retail management, and achieving business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales growth and achieve store KPIs and targets
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage team members
- Manage rostering, productivity, and labour costs
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Create a positive, professional, and results-focused team culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role)
- Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty ingredients is essential for this role
- Previous experience working with skincare consultations, ingredient recommendations, and beauty product education is highly regarded
- Familiarity with Asian beauty brands and trends is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Full availability including weekends and public holidays as required
