What You'll Be Doing

Deliver high-impact acute surgical and medical care alongside respected, accredited Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) with deep experience in the Australian healthcare system

Collaborate with a skilled, supportive nursing team focused on delivering top-tier patient outcomes

Take advantage of exposure to a broad range of specialties and complex cases, all within a modern, first-rate hospital environment

Work within a flexible, dynamic roster offering weekday and weekend shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts
What Makes This Role Perfect for You

You are a PGY3+ Career Medical Officer or Resident Medical Officer holding current AHPRA registration with general medical registration under the Medical Board of Australia

You have meaningful clinical experience within Australian hospitals and thrive in acute care settings

Confident in neonatal resuscitation and skilled with neonate cannulation and neopuff – your advanced clinical skills are highly prized here
-
A proactive communicator and enthusiastic team player, ready to learn, teach, and contribute to a collegial medical community

Comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively, with the flexibility to be employed directly or contracted
Essential Criteria

Current and valid AHPRA registration (mandatory)

PGY3+ level experience in a similar role within the Australian health system

Proven clinical competence and confidence in acute and neonatal care

Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for clinical documentation and reporting
