As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead projects from the ground up and ensure every build is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Construction Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, labour and subcontractors while driving safety, quality and programme outcomes across multiple residential construction projects.
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
Maintain a safe, compliant and well-organised work environment.
Coordinate trades, labour and subcontractors to meet construction schedules.
Monitor build quality and ensure defects and non-conformances are rectified promptly.
Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions.
Drive site productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, trades and suppliers.
You will bring:
Certificate III in Carpentry or relevant construction qualification.
Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson within multi-residential townhouse construction.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods and WHS requirements.
Current Site Supervisor Licence, White Card and Driver's Licence.
Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
