ABOUT THE ROLE
In this relationship-led role, you’ll connect with universities, employers, graduates, educators and student communities through careers events, presentations and campaigns that bring the CA story to life.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspire students and graduates through engaging virtual and face-to-face experiences.
- Build strong relationships with universities, employers, educators, student groups and graduates.
- Lead on-campus activity, including career fairs, presentations, student society events and industry seminars.
- Support CA Student Representatives and the CA Speaker Program to champion CA ANZ in market.
- Deliver campaigns that grow student engagement, employer relationships and future member pipelines.
- Use data, insights and academic calendars to identify opportunities and improve activity.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Confident relationship builder who enjoys creating great stakeholder experiences.
- Experience in a customer-facing, relationship-focused or early careers environment.
- Communicate clearly, present with confidence and adapt well to different audiences.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable balancing events, campaigns, reporting and relationships.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Curious, collaborative and comfortable using digital tools and data to improve outcomes.
