Limitless Bama Indigenous Corporation was built on a simple belief: every young person deserves safety, stability, genuine support and the opportunity to create their own future. As a proudly First Nations-led and operated organisation, we have been supporting children, young people and communities across North Queensland since 2020.
Guided by our values of Faith, Family and Future, we deliver culturally informed, trauma-responsive services that place relationships, belonging and long-term outcomes at the centre of everything we do.
As a First Nations owned and led organisation, we strongly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply. Special measures provisions under Queensland anti-discrimination law support our commitment to Indigenous employment and leadership.
Our Residential Care and Emergency Placement programs support children and young people who require immediate, high-level care, often following trauma, crisis or complex risk. We provide stable, closely supervised environments where safety is the foundation, underpinned by robust child safety plans, structured routines and consistent, trauma-informed support.
Our staff are trained to respond to high-risk behaviours with care, consistency and clear boundaries, helping young people build the trust and stability they need to move forward. Every placement is guided by an individualised approach to risk management and case planning, ensuring each young person's specific needs and safety requirements are met.
Applications will be reviewed as they're received, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
Apply with a cover letter and CV that speaks to your experience with youth and/or residential care. We want to know what you've done, not just what you're qualified to do.
