Bowen St Cafe & A1 Bakery are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista / Café Supervisor / FOH roles to join our team at RMIT University's Melbourne CBD campus.
We are a busy, family-owned small business serving quality coffee, fresh paninis, sandwiches, pastries, and café-style food to students, staff, and visitors. We pride ourselves on fast service, great coffee, and friendly customer service.
About the Role
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in both barista work and Front of house who can confidently take charge of our coffee operation and help lead the day-to-day running of the café.

- Minimum 2 years' barista experience
- Minimum 2 years' Front of house experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Ability to manage workflow and maintain high standards during busy periods
- Experience with ordering, stock control, and team supervision is highly regarded
