We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of our Auburn Branch team, as a full-time Rental Sales Officer (RSO).
About the Anis Car Rental!

What is the role about?
The role will require customer interaction in selling and promoting Car Rental products and services. The role will also support operational excellence by:
- Working to create a positive customer experience.
- Assisting with driving the vehicles between branches
- Assisting in ensuring a high level of presentation of the Branch at all times
- General office administration within the branch.
Note: This role requires the holder to have and maintain a CURRENT OPEN drivers license. The role is based on a 7 day rotating roster, and may require working weekends and public holidays.
What we need from you!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in car rental customer service, a ‘can do’ attitude, plus:
- Experience working to, and exceeding, targets, both professional and personal.
- Flexibility and the ability to multitask & work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with Cars+ software package will be an advantage, or a demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly.
