Lux Joinery is a growing custom joinery business specialising in high-quality residential cabinetry and bespoke joinery.
We are looking for a detail-focused person to join our team in a drafting role. Mozaik software experience is not required, as training will be provided.
This role would suit someone who is organised, accurate, confident using technology, able to follow systems, and willing to learn joinery drafting and production documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise shop drawings for custom joinery projects
- Learn to use Mozaik drafting software
- Interpret plans, specifications, and project information
- Check drawings carefully for dimensions, materials, hardware, and details
- Maintain organised project files and drawing revisions
- Communicate with management and the workshop to clarify project details
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Confident using technology and learning new software
- Organised, accurate, and reliable
- Able to follow systems and take feedback
- Good problem-solving ability
- Cabinet making, construction, design, drafting, or CNC experience would be beneficial but is not essential
