We are looking for an experienced support worker in the Sorrento in Mornington Peninsula.
- You MUST have a FULL Victorian drivers license and a fully insured vehicle.
- You MUST have extensive experience, supporting participants with complex health needs
- You MUST Have extensive experience working in SIL Homes
- You MUST Have extensive experience with clients with MnD and Dementia
You will be required to :
- Community Access / Companionship
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Management
- Assistance With Daily Tasks
The candidate must have all the necessary checks and qualifications and must speak proficient English.
Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role
- Cert III, IV in Disability or Mental Health or similar
- National/International Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- Infection Control Training
- Vaccination record against covid19
- First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)
- Full Victorian Driver's License and Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status including booster
- Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.
- Access to a registered car with comprehensive insurance
- Medication Administration Certificate
