About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Property Management Officer to support the management of Council's diverse property portfolio. This role provides an opportunity to work across leasing, licensing, commercial negotiations and property transactions while contributing to the delivery of professional property management services for the community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and administer property leases, licences and agreements.
- Maintain property records, registers and compliance systems.
- Assist with property acquisitions and disposals.
- Respond to staekholder enquiries relating to Council-owned properties.
- Support improvements to property management systems and processes.

Skills and Experiences:
About you
You will ideally have:
- Qualifications in property, business, law or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience interpreting leases, contracts and property documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
