About the role
- Preparation of sashimi, sushi and sushi rolls
- Maintaining food quality and presentation standards
- Stock rotation and food safety compliance
- Supporting kitchen operations during service
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Sushi / Sashimi Chef
- Good knife skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
- Full working rights in Australia preferred
