Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital & IT Manager to lead our digital initiatives and our day to day IT activities in Ormeau, Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, problem-solving skills, and IT project management expertise, along with hands-on experience managing daily IT operations. This role will be pivotal in driving our organization's digital evolution, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation and ensuring a stable and efficient IT environment. A key aspect of this role involves collaboration and coordination with European and Asian stakeholders.
Daily IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including but not limited to, laptop replacement, local application management, user support, and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize downtime.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital product management, and IT operations management with a proven track record of successful product launches and iterations and managing daily IT functions.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and IT infrastructure management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical 1 audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively and effectively, including technical issues in daily IT operations.
Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.

Nice to have :
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Power BI, Monday.com, SFDC would be helpful
Experience in the Healthcare industry
Relevant certifications ( Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Practitioner)
