About the role:
The Digital Partnership Teams deliver operational second and third level support and project delivery to our customers in all locations across the state of Queensland. The teams support front-line clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure that underpinning ICT services critical to healthcare delivery are available. As an integral part of our professional team, each branch team member puts the customer at the centre of everything they do and to actively seek out solutions that will help eHealth Queensland deliver on its targets.
Your key responsibilities include:
Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments.
Provide administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
Provide financial administrative support to the business unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).
Provide human resource support to the business unit by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing basic HR advice, and applying legislation.
Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
Provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating, negotiating, advising and working collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
Role fit:
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience:
Ability to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.
Experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg. MS Office, electronic mail).
Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
