About the role:
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and support effective day-to-day business operations.
Build positive working relationships by communicating with staff, external agencies, community groups and private organisations.
Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, flexibility and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
About you:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the tact, diplomacy and discretion to engage professionally with staff, consumers and the public.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and adapt to changing operational demands while working independently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, using initiative to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and resolve issues effectively.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all administrative tasks.
Well-developed computer skills, with experience using a range of Microsoft Office applications, databases and other PC-based systems.
What we offer:
An hourly rate between $49.97 - $55.57 p.h. (Including 25% casual loading)
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
