We are a leading hospitality provider located along the iconic Great Northern Highway in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Office Manger to join our team.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timesheets.
- Monitor office expenses and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Enforce office policies and maintain a professional work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing.
- Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
The suitable applicants should:
- Have minimum of two-year relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in office administration and record-keeping.
The employer will offer:
- A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
- An annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
