ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is initially a part time role of up to 12 hours per week. There is absolutely room for growth in the role and for increased hours in the future and during peak periods. Availability during evenings and weekends is required and shifts can vary. This role is all about our customers. We offer a supportive environment with a family feel that you will experience within the team and with our customers.
ABOUT YOU...
You will play a pivotal role in providing our customers with excellent customer service, ensuring we WOW them and give them an unforgettable experience in a fast paced, fun environment. You will;
Love working with people and thrive in engaging and communicating effectively with people of all ages, both in person and over the phone.
Be comfortable working on and learning our customer management database (training will be provided)
Be a passionate advocate for learning and applying our brand policies
Be a proactive problem solver
Maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Have an outgoing and friendly personality
Enjoy working with and interacting with children (Working with Children Check mandatory requirment)
