We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our Adelaide property management team within our Asset Services division. This busy, fast-paced role will support a period of portfolio transition and growth, ensuring continuity of service delivery, client relationship management, financial management and compliance obligations across a diverse commercial property portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining contractual client commitments, supporting the mobilisation and ongoing management of newly allocated assets, and helping to mitigate operational risk while maintaining high service standards.
As the Property Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the property management and building services operations
Maintaining close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements/issues
Administering all leases and maintaining a current and accurate tenancy schedule
Preparing reports, budgets, forecasts and financial updates, including oversight of operating and capital expenditure
Supporting the mobilisation, transition and ongoing management of allocated commercial assets while maintaining service standards
Managing client relationships, reporting, compliance obligations and day-to-day operational requirements across the portfolio
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate:
Experience in a similar autonomous role in Property Management within commercial property
Current SA Real Estate Agent registration/licence, or the ability to meet licensing requirements
The ability to manage client expectations, balance competing priorities and work to strict deadlines during periods of change
A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour with strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
