About the role
Accurate data is at the heart of a connected, efficient supply chain. As our Supply Chain Master Data & ASN Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening the foundations of how products move through the Bunnings network, helping improve compliance, optimise operations and support future growth.
Working collaboratively with Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres, Merchandising, Global Sourcing and Technology teams, you'll help drive improvements in product master data, packaging standards and ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) conformance. You'll also champion the rollout and ongoing use of Cubiscan technology across the network, helping ensure data accuracy that supports everything from transport planning and network design to safer handling and storage.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that influence the broader supply chain strategy while developing your expertise in data governance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What's involved
- Drive initiatives that improve master data accuracy across the supply chain network
- Support the rollout, optimisation and governance of Cubiscan technology and related processes
- Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, Merchandising and Technology to improve data quality and operational outcomes
- Monitor and improve ASN and supplier conformance, helping create more reliable and efficient product flow
- Investigate and resolve complex product data challenges, including packaging hierarchies, unit of measure structures and SKU relationships
- Lead audits of packaging, palletisation and master data processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of sustainable governance frameworks and exception management processes
- Deliver training and guidance that builds capability and confidence in data processes across the business
Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and efficiency

Who we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and working with others to achieve better outcomes. You understand the importance of accurate data in a complex operational environment and are motivated by the opportunity to influence change across a broad stakeholder group.
You'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, continuous learning and practical problem solving. Whether you're working with operational teams in the network or partnering with business stakeholders, you'll bring a proactive approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to influence without direct authority will help you thrive in this role.
You'll need
- Experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution centre or fulfilment centre operations
- Strong understanding of product master data and its impact on operational performance
- Knowledge of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice), SSCC (serial shipping container code) and supplier conformance processes
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational technologies such as Cubiscan
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with confidence interpreting and managing data
- Experience driving process improvement, compliance or operational improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Confidence delivering training, coaching or process guidance to others
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating better ways of working
