New Town Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused
Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department in East Victoria Park.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive service experience from the moment they arrive or contact us. If you have previous reception, administration or customer service experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you.
The role
This is a permanent, full time position working:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Opportunity to work occassional Saturdays
How you will make an impact
- Welcome Service customers and provide a professional first impression
- Answer and manage inbound service calls and appointment enquiries
- Support service bookings and customer follow-up
- Verify and maintain accurate customer information
- Manage daily no-show appointments and reschedule bookings
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department
- Assist the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
