Receptionist/Sales Advisor - Perth Ceramic Coating

Perth Ceramic Coating is one of Perth's leading vehicle protection specialists, providing premium ceramic coatings, window tinting, paint protection, and detailing services. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Receptionist / Customer Service Advisor to become the first point of contact for our customers.
This is a customer-focused role suited to someone who has previous experience working within the automotive industry and enjoys building relationships with customers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and creating a professional first impression.
- Answering phone calls, emails and online enquiries.
- Booking appointments and managing the workshop schedule.
- Preparing customer quotes and invoices.
- Explaining our ceramic coating, window tinting and vehicle protection services.
- Following up customer enquiries and converting leads into bookings.
- Processing payments and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and collections.
- Assisting with general office administration.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (service advisor, receptionist in automotive services, etc.)
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work style
- Current drivers licence and vehicle to get to and from the workshop
Experience in vehicle detailing, window tinting, dealerships, smash repair, mechanical workshops or other automotive service businesses will be highly regarded.
