What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for two casual Farm Hands who are living locally and ready to begin work ASAP. This role is a hands-on position suited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors.
While previous farming or irrigation experience is preferred, we encourage candidates with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to work across a roster including weekends and night shifts during peak periods to apply. To be successful, you will be reliable, conscientious, and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
What you’ll do:

Operate and maintain farm machinery including tractors, sprayers, and equipment for weed control, slashing, mulching, fertilising, and citrus harvesting

Perform basic servicing and maintenance of farm equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Mix, distribute, and accurately record fertiliser applications in line with farm requirements

Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including drip lines, sprinklers, pumps, filters, and valves

Carry out irrigation maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, flushing lines, and unblocking sprinklers

Support general farm operations and labouring activities as required.
What you’ll bring:

Looking for a hands-on role where hard work is valued and contributes to meaningful outcomes on farm

Experience operating tractors and forklift would be highly advantageous (otherwise be willing to attend paid training)

Must have AusChem certificate or be willing to attend paid training

Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision

Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License is essential
